LabGenius Therapeutics
LabGenius Therapeutics develops therapeutic antibodies using an automated discovery platform that combines machine learning, robotics, and synthetic biology.
LabGenius says EVA designs and assays panels of up to 3,000 multispecific antibodies in a cycle shorter than six weeks. Its platform combines functional and developability measurements, so candidate selection can consider several properties in the same experimental loop.
The company has evidence of use beyond its internal pipeline: it announced optimization work with Sanofi and a research, option, and license agreement with LG Chem. Its own LGTX-101 program provides a second application of the platform, though the pipeline page still places it before clinical trials.
LabGenius has two distinct routes to create value from EVA. Pharmaceutical partners can bring either a target for discovery or an existing antibody for optimization, while the company advances its own antibody candidates for solid tumors.
The announced £35 million Series B included Lux Capital as an existing investor, with M Ventures leading. The pipeline page lists LGTX-101 at the IND-enabling stage, and the partnership page names Sanofi and LG Chem collaborations; neither source establishes product approval or clinical efficacy.
