Lendahand operates a regulated impact crowdfunding platform connecting retail investors with entrepreneurs and small businesses in emerging markets.
Lendahand operates under a European Crowdfunding Service Provider license supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, which places it among the regulated retail investment platforms in the Dutch market. Its projects carry credit scores, and the platform reports that 97.4 percent of payments on investments with credit score B or higher were made on time and in full.
The platform has been elected Crowdfunding Platform of the Year three times by the investor platform IEX, and it reports more than 20,000 registered investors. A minimum ticket of ten euros keeps entry below the level typical of many European crowdfunding platforms.

Retail demand for impact investing has grown steadily, and Lendahand reports that annual investment volume rose from 15.9 million euros in 2024 to 27.9 million euros in 2025, an increase of 75 percent. The company states a goal of investing one billion euros together with its investor community over the coming decade.
Its pipeline concentrates on microfinance institutions, agriculture, and sustainable energy in emerging markets, supported by guarantee partnerships with Atradius DSB and FairCapital that protect investors against borrower default on specific projects. European Union crowdfunding regulation gives licensed platforms a passport to investors across the bloc, which shapes the platform's expansion options.

Lendahand earns revenue from the borrowers and projects it lists rather than from investor fees, and opening an account on the platform is free. Investors receive interest between 5 and 9 percent per year, set per project according to its credit score, currency, and maturity.
Projects are offered in euros and, on selected listings, in dollars, with repayments typically scheduled every six months. An auto-invest mode lets investors spread a deposit across projects automatically.
