Clint previously served as chief legal officer and general counsel at Blue Ridge Power, LLC, assistant general counsel and vice president of legal and business affairs at Strata Clean Energy, LLC, and practiced as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moor

Colleen Lueken leads Lightshift’s analytics team, providing quantitative support for strategy, project development, and operations. She previously advanced storage and grid technologies at AES Next.

Justin leads Lightshift’s Asset Management team, focusing on operational excellence for large-scale storage projects. He previously managed multi-gigawatt renewable portfolios, integrating technical, financial, and operational strategies.

Oscar works in energy production monitoring and asset management for oil and gas. At Lightshift Energy, he supports system performance monitoring, site operations, and battery energy storage project management. He earned an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
