Lumotive offers an LCM development and evaluation kit with interfaces and features for programmable optics and digital beamforming.
The LX10 has a 27 × 19 mm active area, a 160-degree field of view in the steering axis, and solid-state beam steering with software-definable scan patterns. It is compatible with VCSEL and EEL lasers, and an evaluation kit is available.
The M30 Lidar Module Reference Design uses Light Control Metasurface (LCM) solid-state beamforming technology and achieves a range of over 25 meters.
The MD42 is a mid-range, wide-field-of-view LiDAR reference design powered by Lumotive’s LM10 LCM chip. Its solid-state dToF architecture provides depth sensing without moving parts.
The newsroom lists media coverage of Lumotive, including Amazon’s backing and the company’s $45 million fundraising announcements.
Lumotive develops programmable optics using its patented Light Control Metasurface (LCM), a digital photonics platform for sensing, optical switching, and communication. The company reports more than 160 patents.
