    Lyft facilitates rides between passengers and private drivers using their own personal vehicles. Lyft is required to maintain an insurance policy providing a minimum of $1,000,000 (one million dollars) per-incident coverage for incidents involving Vehicles and Drivers while they are using the Lyft Platform.

    Lyft provides the Lyft application, website and technology platform (collectively, the “Lyft Platform”), a marketplace where persons who seek transportation to certain destinations (“Riders”) can be matched with persons driving to or through those destinations (“Drivers”). Drivers and Riders are collectively referred to herein as “Users” of the Lyft Platform. Through the Local Partnerships Program, Lyft provides Local Partners with certain incentives for referring new Users to the Lyft Platform.
