Lynk Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage developer of selective oral small-molecule JAK inhibitors for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, positioned as an alternative to biologic therapy. It was founded by senior drug research and development leaders who targeted the JAK–STAT signaling pathway and later extended work into TYK2. Lynk integrates AI-assisted drug design, biological evaluation and protein degradation technologies across target discovery, molecular design, translational research and clinical development.

Zemprocitinib, a highly selective oral second-generation JAK1 inhibitor discovered and developed by Lynk, is aimed at rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis and ankylosing spondylitis. It exhibits greater JAK1 selectivity than first-generation JAK inhibitors, which may reduce off-target adverse effects. LNK01004 is a topical, skin-restricted JAK inhibitor with minimal systemic exposure.
