Medallion›Medallion› offers AI Credentialing Platform

Medallion's AI Credentialing Platform delivers competitive advantages through its AI agent workforce combined with expert-in-the-loop oversight, ensuring both speed and accuracy. The platform offers real-time credentialing capabilities, delivering NCQA-compliant files in as little as one day.

The platform provides contract-backed SLA guarantees, a command and control center for complete operational visibility, and a proprietary payer clearinghouse enabling faster provider enrollment. The CredAlliance clearinghouse creates a first-of-its-kind shared credentialing infrastructure for payers, designed to eliminate redundant verification processes that cost the industry an estimated 1.2 billion dollars annually.

Medallion's AI Credentialing Platform was first introduced as part of the company's founding in 2020, with Derek Lo establishing the platform to address healthcare credentialing and enrollment challenges. The platform has evolved from an initial credentialing automation tool to a comprehensive AI-powered system serving approximately one million clinicians across 300 healthcare organizations.

Key milestones include the launch of seven core solution modules: Provider Enrollment, CVO Credentialing, Roster Management, Delegated Credentialing, Privileging, Cross-State Licensing, and Monitoring. In 2025, the platform integrated CredAlliance, a national credentialing clearinghouse designed to eliminate redundant payer verification across participating networks.
