MestricMestric MES

Mestric MES is a manufacturing execution system that turns connected production-floor equipment into a monitored, data-driven environment. It tracks equipment status, efficiency, downtime, produced-item parameters, and quality in real time, computes machine efficiency with current and historical OEE, and presents work-order progress with management KPIs and exportable reports.

Deployments pair the system with Finder monitoring hardware: Finder's own case study names the OPTA programmable logic relay, which reads sensor and machine outputs, and the 6M power analyser, which measures energy consumption and other electrical parameters, with data surfaced through the Mestric platform. The system also supports production planning, machine-stop prevention and predictive maintenance, and integrates with ERP, CRM, and HRM systems.
