Madison, Wis., Aug. 5, 2026—MGE Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: MGEE), today reported financial results for the second quarter of 2026.

MGE Energy priced an underwritten public offering of 3,300,331 common shares at $75.75 per share.

The MGE Energy Board of Directors oversees performance, strategic planning, business initiatives, major capital projects and budget matters. Directors are elected to three-year terms.

MGE Energy is a public utility holding company headquartered in Madison, Wis., and trades on NASDAQ under the ticker MGEE. It has increased its dividend for more than 51 consecutive years and has paid dividends for more than 111 years.
