Neko Health began from the premise that preventive care needed technology that did not yet exist, so it designs and engineers its own hardware, software, and clinical protocols rather than assembling scans from existing equipment. Its core offering, the Neko Health Scan, combines a 360-degree skin exam, cardiovascular assessment, body-composition analysis, and on-site blood testing in one clinic visit, then closes with a clinician consultation. Findings that need more attention are met with in-house follow-up such as ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and outside referrals.

Rather than the isolated tests of a standard checkup or the radiation dose of a CT scan, Neko positions one connected hour in which its own devices capture skin, heart, blood, and metabolic data that a clinician interprets before the member leaves. That integrated capture and review is aimed at members who book the scan directly, and the company is extending the model from Swedish and British clinics into new United States locations.
