NTangible is the cognitive assessment platform for coaches who recruit under pressure and it uses no hardware, wearable or scan.
NTangible develops assessments intended to predict how athletes perform under pressure and help organizations evaluate workplace behavior. Its Clutch Factor test uses responses to ambiguous-image prompts and a neurolinguistic scoring guide to produce a 0–1,000 score; co-founder Dan Connerty says athletes scoring above 750 are twice as likely to commit to a Division I school. The company supports nine sports and also offers NTerpret, a workplace assessment of how employees respond to coaching and feedback.
