OllyGarden

OllyGarden was founded by OpenTelemetry contributors who saw teams outside the project struggle to implement and maintain the standard, a gap between a powerful specification and everyday practice that the company set out to close. It sells telemetry-quality software rather than a traditional observability backend, spanning Rose, its AI code review agent for instrumentation, Insights, its platform for assessing telemetry quality, and an enterprise OpenTelemetry Collector distribution.

Because it sells no backend, OllyGarden competes on mechanism instead, reviewing and repairing instrumentation where the code is written so bad data never reaches whichever observability platform the customer already runs. The company builds for observability engineers and the engineering teams who improve instrumentation at the source.
