PayGround Platform is a healthcare payments product serving both sides of the medical bill. Patients use a free mobile app on iOS and Android to manage, track, and pay medical bills from multiple providers with one login, schedule payments, view invoices, and track billing history in a digital dashboard. Medical providers, including physician practices, EMS organizations, home health and rehab providers, hospitals, RCM companies, and digital health companies, use it to accept payments and improve collections.
The product includes a Payment API, launched in 2022, for direct integration with healthcare organizations' systems, and a payment financing option that lets patients split healthcare costs. It is distributed directly and through partnerships, powering WellSky Pay and integrating with Med Tech Solutions' RCM360 as a preferred payment partner.
