AI sales intelligence platform unifying product usage, CRM, call and intent signals for enterprise revenue teams.
Pocus was founded in 2021 and built early traction in product-led sales, selling to software companies including Asana, Canva and Monday.com. The company said the platform generated more than half a billion dollars in pipeline for those customers each quarter by late 2025.
Pocus launched a Signal Marketplace in June 2024, made its AI offering generally available in November 2024 and described a repositioning toward decision-making intelligence in September 2025. On 19 March 2026 the company announced it was joining Apollo.io.
Pocus has argued that intent data and raw buying signals are becoming commoditised, and that the durable value in the category lies in reasoning that converts signals into a recommended action. That framing places the product in a field where account-intelligence, intent-data and sales-engagement vendors are converging on similar automation.
The March 2026 acquisition by Apollo.io folds the product into a broader AI-native go-to-market platform and a large contact database, a combination aimed at more automated execution. Enterprise revenue teams remain the buyer the product is marketed to.
Pocus does not publish list pricing and offers no self-serve signup, so commercial terms are set through sales conversations and quoted per customer. Third-party analysis of the product estimates annual cost for mid-market teams in the range of about thirty to sixty thousand dollars.
Evaluation has run through a demo request and, at times, a trial period, and following the Apollo.io acquisition the official product page routes prospective customers to a waitlist rather than an open signup. The vendor has not published tier structure or seat pricing.
Pocus AI Sales Intelligence is an AI sales intelligence platform for enterprise go-to-market teams. It unifies internal signals such as CRM data, call recordings and product usage with external intent and enrichment data to produce account-level insight.
The platform applies AI agents to prioritise accounts, recommend contacts and surface next-step plays, delivered through an intelligent inbox that runs inside the sales tools a team already uses. The provider, Pocus, Inc., was founded in 2021 and was acquired by Apollo.io in March 2026.
