Beyond search quality, Prism runs the full hiring process end-to-end inside a client's Slack channel, sourcing, engaging, screening, and chasing candidates so that clients only step in for interviews and offers.

Pricing Strategy

Prism charges a $500 retainer to kick off a search and collects 15% of first-year salary only when a candidate it sources signs an offer. The company also offers a SaaS platform for recruiters who prefer to run their own desk.
