Qualtik was a Portland-based software company that analyzed commercial loan portfolios for community banks until its 2026 liquidation.
Qualtik paired Enlighten Financial's 20-plus years of loan review and credit services, staffed by former bankers and examiners, with interactive stress testing. Enlighten's loan review customers received access to Qualtik's portfolio analysis tools after the acquisition.
Users could set custom thresholds and stress single loans, concentrations, or an entire portfolio across interest rate, cap rate, net operating income, and collateral value. Lenders could be live in as little as three weeks, with imports from core systems, loan operating systems, and spreadsheets.

Qualtik was founded in 2019, far younger and smaller than competitors such as Abrigo, which was founded in 1998. The company had 11 to 50 employees and 692 LinkedIn followers at its last public count.
Its platform was narrower than Abrigo's suite of fraud, anti-money-laundering, CECL, and asset-performance tools, and it published no pricing or free trial. The live qualtik.com domain resolved to a parked page by October 2026, with official content available only through archived captures.

Qualtik sold through demos rather than self-service: first-party LinkedIn posts directed prospects to schedule a demo, and no pricing was published. The company ran paid search through a verified advertiser account, Qualtik Analytics, Inc.
It also leaned on channel partners, as accounting firms Wipfli and Wolf & Co adopted Qualtik to deliver bank analysis services. Sponsored ABA industry content and a regular LinkedIn cadence supported the effort at a small scale.

At least eight US regional banks reported improved commercial real estate loan performance in the third quarter of 2025, with lower non-performing CRE loan rates than a year earlier. Office loans remain the weak link, with delinquencies of 11.76% and vacancy above global financial crisis levels.
Roughly $936 billion of US commercial real estate mortgages mature in 2026, up 18.6% year over year, with maturities peaking near $1.1 trillion in 2029. S&P Global projects loan-loss provisions rising to 24% of net revenue in 2026 from 20.8%, while new CRE loans price near 6.24% versus 4.76% on maturing debt.

Qualtik provided a commercial loan portfolio analytics platform for community and regional banks, with dashboards for CRE and C&I concentrations, capital-ratio monitoring, and real-time filtering. Users could generate custom board reports in PDF or CSV, track historic metrics, and save dashboards.
The platform also offered bottom-up stress testing across interest rate, cap rate, net operating income, and collateral value, from single loans to an entire portfolio. A Special Assets Tool modeled discounted payoff, restructuring, and foreclosure scenarios, and Credit Services came through subsidiary Enlighten Financial.
