Quanta Therapeutics develops allosteric small molecules to address previously undruggable RAS mutations such as KRASG12D and KRASG12V across pancreatic, colorectal, lung, and endometrial cancers. Its pipeline features QTX3034, a G12D-preferring multi-KRAS candidate in Phase 1 clinical trials, and QTX6255, a pan-KRAS candidate in IND-enabling activities.

Quanta modulates RAS signaling at the cell membrane to expand the scope of treatable RAS-driven cancers. KRAS inhibitors targeting KRASG12C reach only about ten percent of KRAS-driven cancers, underscoring the need for broader approaches. The company’s proprietary SHG platform detects subtle changes in protein conformation to support allosteric drug discovery.
