Ramona›Ramona› offers Vireo

Vireo is a live-cell imaging system built by Ramona Optics for high-throughput biological research. It images an entire multiwell plate in about one minute, allowing a single instrument to scan on the order of a thousand plates per day. The system is designed for robot-ready operation through a Web API, letting automated laboratories schedule and capture imaging runs without manual handling.

The platform targets live-cell assays where speed and throughput determine experimental scale, from time-sensitive kinetics to large screening campaigns. Vireo was named a finalist for the SLAS2025 New Product Award, recognizing its arrival among live-cell imaging platforms for life science laboratories.
