8383 Greenway Boulevard is a Class A, mid-rise, multi-tenant office building constructed in 1989, with 77,081 square feet of leasable area and 224 parking stalls. It provides access to free surface parking and the Madison and Middleton business communities.

8476 Greenway Boulevard is a two-storey office building with 50,884 square feet of leasable area, leased to Activision Publishing, Inc. It has 177 parking stalls and is located near the West Beltline Highway, with access to the Madison and Middleton business communities.
