Rocket Companies reports fourth-quarter adjusted revenue above guidance and full-year adjusted EBITDA of roughly $1.28 billion. The company also announces a strategic alliance with Compass and an expansion of its executive leadership.
Rocket Companies completes its $14.2 billion acquisition of Mr. Cooper Group, with the final price 51% above the valuation announced in March. Jay Bray becomes president and CEO of subsidiary Rocket Mortgage, and Mr. Cooper will be rebranded under the Rocket umbrella.
Rocket Companies completed its acquisition of Redfin, integrating the brokerage’s home-search platform, 1 million active listings and network of more than 2,200 agents with Rocket’s mortgage lending operations.
