Sanindusa manufactures vitreous-china and fine-fireclay sanitary ware, acrylic bathtubs, taps, and bathroom furniture in Portugal, exporting most production.
Production is vertically integrated across ceramics, acrylics, and taps, letting the company supply complete bathroom concepts rather than single items. In-house product development has earned international design recognition, including an iF Design Award for the Line 42 taps series and three 2025-2026 awards for the recycled-glass Poême basin.
Certification depth supports its institutional and export sales: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, EMAS registration of both ceramics units, NF and AENOR product certification, and an ANQIP-certified water-efficiency range. Its ceramics plants in Aveiro and Tocha combine capacity with automated technology following the 2021 restart.

Sales run through a district-level distributor network across Portugal and Spain, supported by published price lists, a where-to-buy locator, and a technical components store at tec.sanindusa.pt for spare parts. Hospitality, healthcare, and residential contract projects, including hotels and a hospital, anchor its project channel.
Exports make up roughly 70 percent of invoicing to more than 90 countries. Consumer reach builds on the Lifemoments brand positioning and dealer and social channels.

Sanindusa is a family-controlled Portuguese bathroom-products manufacturer with about 460 employees and 2024 revenue of about 44 million euros. The founding Amaro, Batista, Oliveira, and Veiga families bought out Iberis Capital's 10 percent stake in mid-2025, restoring 100 percent family ownership.
The group operates five production units in Aveiro and Tocha and exports about 70 percent of sales. Capital discipline has been internal: the 2025 buyout was financed by a BPI-led bank syndicate with Santander and Caixa de Crédito Agrícola rather than new institutional equity.
