Sea1 Offshore’s fleet of AHTS vessels supports global offshore operations.

Sea1 Offshore provides a workforce of 1200 employees with expertise in offshore ship operations, offering tailored services to the oil and gas industry.

SEA1 Offshore has a fleet of two Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs). The vessels have high technical features and besides general supply duties, they also serve the offshore energy industry with multiple tasks such as Firefighting, Oil recovery and Standby/Rescue operations.

Sea1 Offshore supports the offshore renewable industry with a modern fleet, delivering specialized services for windfarm operations.

Sea1 Offshore Inc. has agreed to purchase the shares in Sea1 AHTS Pool AS owned by a minority shareholder, representing 22% of the shares in the company. Following the transaction, Sea1 Offshore Inc. will own 100% of the shares in Sea1 AHTS Pool AS, which owns five AHTS vessels.

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Siem Offshore Inc. approved resolutions unanimously, with Kristian Siem and Barry W. Ridings re-elected as directors.

Sea1 Offshore has secured a multi-well project for 3 AHTS’ in Australia, commencing Q2-Q3 2025 for a firm period of ca 380 days up to ca 670 days per vessel.

The Company has a Board of four Directors. Members of the Company’s management are not members of the Board, but the company’s management does attend Board meetings.

Our Management team consist of five senior officers with long-standing experience and knowledge within their fields.

Tor Asbjørn joined Siem Offshore as HR Director in December 2021, bringing experience to further develop the company alongside colleagues.
