AI Assistant is Seamless.AI's generative assistant for sales outreach. Sellers complete an About Me setup covering their role, company, and product, and the assistant then drafts cold scripts, follow-up emails, and other outreach content from a Prompt Library or free-form chat, applying the saved context to each message and adjusting tone or length on command. Recent chat tasks are retained so a seller can revisit and reuse a script that performed well, and finished output copies directly into the channel where the seller works.

The assistant runs inside the provider's existing surfaces, including contact and company lists and the browser extension, and it operates as a generative layer over the same prospecting workflow used by the provider's engagement and data offerings, offered as an add-on capability on platform plans.
