Philips Hue is Signify's consumer smart lighting ecosystem of wirelessly connected bulbs, luminaires, light strips, sensors and controls.
Philips Hue is Signify's consumer smart home lighting system, sold as an ecosystem of connected LED bulbs, luminaires, light strips, recessed and outdoor fixtures, and Hue-branded security cameras and sensors. A Hue Bridge links the devices over a Zigbee mesh and bridges them to the Hue app, voice assistants and third-party smart home platforms, so a household can set scenes, schedules and automations across rooms and outdoor spaces.
Hue sits at the premium end of residential smart lighting and is sold through the brand's own online store and through retailers. The Hue app ecosystem covers lighting control, entertainment sync with TVs and music, and home security, and Signify markets Hue alongside WiZ as its consumer connected-lighting brands.
