As of 2026 Spiro operates 1,466 swap stations, has performed 41.67 million swaps, and provides 100 MW of smart energy network deployment with 40,000 batteries in operation. The network underpins its electric-motorcycle fleet across Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, and Ghana, letting riders exchange a depleted battery for a charged one in seconds; independent research cited by Spiro shows riders earn up to 50% more profit versus petrol bikes.
