Funding & Acquisitions is the project-funding arm of Standard Solar, a Brookfield portfolio company that develops, funds, owns and operates commercial and community solar assets across more than 20 US states. The offering combines direct funding from in-house capital backed by roughly $1.3 billion of tax equity and debt financing, commercial solar PPAs for businesses, municipalities and educational institutions, and nationwide acquisition of completed or late-stage projects.
