Stemrad

SIRAD monitors radiation doses from 10 to 10,000 mSv using a sensing strip that changes color as the dose increases. The lightweight card requires no batteries or calibration and is designed for 24/7 use.

The custom case for 360 Gamma is made of ballistic nylon and has caster wheels and a locking telescopic handle. It is designed to fit in most airline overhead compartments, though it may not meet some airlines' carry-on standards.

The patented personal radiation meter monitors and alarms for radiation, with a detection range of 100 mR/hr to 5,000 R/hr. It detects gamma and X-rays from 20 keV to above 2 MeV and includes a long-life battery and a pouch for attaching it to the 360 Gamma shoulder strap.

The 360 Gamma Civilian version blocks gamma radiation and is described as sparing bone marrow stem cells in the pelvic area. It is intended for use while sheltering in place or during evacuation.
