Founded with a commitment to sustainability, Sustainable Lumber Co. specializes in recycled, reclaimed, salvaged, and certified wood products. Their core mission is to provide high-quality, eco-friendly wood flooring, paneling, cabinets, and doors while maintaining a zero-waste policy. The company sources wood within a hundred-mile radius of their facility and ships factory direct across the continental U.S. They also contribute to social causes by donating lower-grade wood to Habitat for Humanity.
Sustainable Lumber Co. has made significant strides in promoting sustainable practices in the wood industry. Notable achievements include donating over 22,000 square feet of flooring to Habitat for Humanity in 2014. Their zero-waste policy ensures that any wood not used in their products is converted into clean biomass for renewable energy. This approach has positioned them as a leader in sustainable wood sourcing and manufacturing, positively impacting both the environment and the community.
