Product Overview

Taxually provides tax compliance software across four service lines. CrossTax covers VAT and GST registration and filing; LumaTax covers United States and Canadian sales tax; the e-invoicing suite clears invoices in 32 countries through direct authority connections and the Peppol network; EcoTax handles producer-responsibility and plastic packaging taxes.

All lines run on one compliance platform operated from Budapest, with account access at app.taxually.com. Merchants, marketplaces, and enterprises connect sales channels and transaction sources, and the products format, submit, and track filings with the relevant authorities.

Market Outlook

Governments keep expanding real-time e-invoicing mandates, with regimes such as Poland KSeF and Spain VeriFactu moving businesses toward continuous transaction reporting. Each mandate adds registration, format, and filing work for companies trading inside those markets.

Automated VAT, sales tax, and producer-responsibility compliance demand grows with that regulatory expansion. Taxually covers the three areas on one platform, which places its services where those mandates land.

Competitive Advantages

The e-invoicing suite links one integration to 32 countries through 14 direct authority connections, including Italy SDI, Poland KSeF, Romania ANAF, Greece myDATA, Germany XRechnung, Spain VeriFactu, and France Chorus Pro, and serves as a certified Peppol access point. Cleared invoice data flows straight into VAT return preparation.

A common JSON data model and normalized clearance statuses with webhooks keep integrations uniform across authorities and countries. Coverage spans European VAT, United States and Canadian sales tax, and producer-responsibility filings within one vendor relationship.
