Blackhole is Tenstorrent's PCIe accelerator card family for AI training and inference, with cards starting at $999 for the p100a and $1,399 for the higher-bandwidth p150a and p150b variants. Each Blackhole chip integrates 120 Tensix processing cores and 16 large RISC-V cores with up to 32 gigabytes of GDDR6 memory and 180 megabytes of on-chip SRAM, and is rated at 664 BLOCKFP8 teraFLOPS within a 300-watt thermal envelope.

Blackhole cards run Tenstorrent's open-source software stack, including the TT-Forge MLIR-based compiler, TT-Metalium low-level kernel layer, and TT-NN neural-network library. The cards support 800-gigabit QSFP-DD networking for direct card-to-card scale-out, and they ship in passive, active, and liquid-cooled variants for desktop, workstation, and data center deployments.
