The network counts more than 80,000 chargers worldwide, and drivers plug in and charge automatically through the Tesla app. It supports charging rates of up to 325 kilowatts, adding up to 200 miles of range in 15 minutes.
In North America the network uses the NACS connector and is open to non-Tesla electric vehicles. Drivers locate stations, start sessions, and pay through the Tesla app.
