TogetherCrew reaches community operators through ecosystem endorsement and the communities it speaks to directly rather than through a paid campaign, and the channels it ran in 2024 were its own Medium publication, the X spaces it hosted with guests from Eigen Layer, Wormhole, Singularity Net, The Graph, Polygon ID, POAP and Snapshot, a Telegram community for community builders, and an email newsletter carrying tips and product news.
That endorsement-led motion bought TogetherCrew reach concentrated in large communities: deployments passed 100 during 2024, the smallest user community sat at 120 members and the largest at over 700K, marquee adopters included Eigen Layer, Shardeum and Fuel, the company was one of 15 ventures chosen for Octant's inaugural accelerator program from hundreds of applicants, and its first contest on Web3 IRL events received 14 entries.

TogetherCrew prices its AI Assistant by connected channel rather than by member, so a community's spend scales with how much of its chat surface it lets the bot read and not with how many members ask it questions. The published rate is $25 a month for every channel the assistant learns from, with one static data source such as a website or a gitbook added at no charge and unlimited member questions on each channel covered.
Pricing by channel rather than by member leaves the offering still in beta at its February 2026 capture, and it is the self-serve setup that a channel-based price point requires: an admin adds the bot, selects the channels it may read and where it may reply, and waits 24 hours before the assistant is ready, with a free trial to start, a premium plan available only by direct enquiry, and a booked call offered to anyone who would rather be assisted.
The AI Assistant is a community concierge rather than a search box, and it is positioned explicitly against general-purpose GPT tools on the grounds that it answers factually from the sources it accesses instead of inventing replies. Unveiled in October 2024, it is written to behave like an all-knowing community member that reads every conversation, captures every exchange and summarizes it all.
Packaging the assistant as a bot inside the community's own chat is what converts that positioning into a defensible one: a member types a slash command to ask a question or request a summary, each question is broken into smaller prompts that separate agents answer before their answers are combined into one reply, and the assistant keeps procedural, episodic and semantic memories, so it can only answer from platforms an admin has connected and a community that has not linked its Notion gets no answer about it.
