Truveta Data is the company's licensed real-world clinical dataset, first released in November 2021 and built from the electronic health records of its owner health systems. It spans more than 140 million patient records, over 8 billion clinical notes, 190 million imaging studies and 155 million device uses, is refreshed daily, and is mapped to SNOMED CT, RxNorm and LOINC.

Closed claims covering more than 200 million patients across more than 100 payers back to 2016, plus mortality, imaging, device and one million mother-child pairs, are linked to the core records, with regulatory-grade alignment to the FDA real-world evidence guidance. Folded product lines include the Truveta Language Model, launched in April 2023, and Truveta Live Link, a prospective research model launched in January 2026.
