Pilot AI taps algorithms to extract info from sales calls
Pilot AI uses AI to analyze sales calls, generate summaries and next steps, and populate customer relationship management (CRM) fields. The company says its system fills 15 fields for one customer, replacing a post-call write-up process that takes representatives up to 20 minutes. Founded by former Salesforce product engineer Maxwell Lu, Pilot AI reports customers ranging from smaller sales teams to Salesforce and has raised $2.2 million from investors including Twitch co-founder Emmet Shear and Dropbox co-founder Arash Ferdowsi.
