There is on shore ; there is off shore ; and there is high altitude wind. We develop a revolutionary concept for high altitude wind energy: safer, lighter, quicker, and more cost-effective. We re-invent wind power
Wind Fisher develops airborne wind energy systems that harvest the faster, steadier winds found well above the reach of conventional turbines. Its helium-filled wing rotates as it flies against a tether, driving a ground station that converts that motion into electricity.
The same Magnus-effect design scales from a 100 kW container-delivered unit for remote sites and small industry to a 2 MW machine for utilities and wind-farm developers, replacing diesel generation or solar arrays where concrete foundations and heavy towers are impractical. Because the tethered flying wing reaches stronger winds with a fraction of the installed material, it positions airborne wind power as an alternative where conventional turbines or solar cannot compete economically.
