Switch
Women 2.0: A leading tech media company promoting diversity in startups through resources, funding, and inclusive services.
Switch began from the observation that the people building the future are not the ones running it. It operates as a startup accelerator and founder coaching business: it runs a 10-week accelerator that makes early-stage tech startup founders investment-ready and connects them to venture, angel, equity crowdfunding, or debt capital, and it coaches founders one-to-one, in co-founder pairs, and in small groups, each with a preliminary six-month commitment.
Switch runs SWITCH Angels, which opens opportunities for successful women to write cheques, get on cap tables, and broaden their influence in the sector. Its coaching works on the founder as a leader and as a person, with a particular focus on women founders.
