ZeroPBM

Self-insured employers carry legal responsibility for the pharmacy prices their benefit managers charge, yet most never see their claims priced line by line. ZeroPBM re-prices each prescription claim against the federal NADAC benchmark data CMS publishes weekly, flagging claims whose paid amounts exceed what pharmacies pay for the same drugs.

Traditional benefit consultants negotiate contracts and brokers shape plan design, while ZeroPBM audits the claims themselves and produces itemized variance reports that support contract renegotiation and recovery. The company prices its work on contingency, collecting only from documented savings, which positions it as an employer-side check on benefit-manager pricing rather than another intermediary inside the benefit chain.
