CDTI Innovación says its INNTERCONECTA STEP 2026 call is scheduled to open next October, offering an estimated €138 million in grants co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Applications are expected to close in November, with funding decisions anticipated in the first half of 2027.
Asabys Partners has been selected for the CDTI and European Investment Fund’s Innvierte Deep Start initiative and is launching a new life-sciences fund. The fund, Asabys Innvierte Tech Transfer FCRE, focuses on life-sciences deep tech and could reach EUR 120 million. CDTI promotes the initiative with the European Investment Fund.
Ysios Capital launches InceptionBio, a fund targeting €100 million to support biotech company creation in Spain. It has completed its first closing, with participation from the Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico y la Innovación (CDTI) through its SICC Innvierte programme.
CDTI hosts Spain’s National Infoday on Horizon Europe on 27 May 2025, focusing on the 2025 Space Work Programme. The event brings together INTA, the European Commission and EUSPA at CDTI headquarters in Madrid to present the programme’s space calls.
