Alex joined Acadian in 2012 as Deputy Chief Investment Officer and leads the Implementation team, overseeing portfolio construction, trading, and investment data activities. He joined the Executive Committee in 2019 and the Executive Management Team in 2024. Previously, he directed long/short equity strategies and worked as a senior portfolio manager at Gartmore Investment Management in London.

Brendan joined Acadian in 2004 as a senior member of the Research and Portfolio Management Team. He oversees investment processes, research, and strategy, and serves on Acadian’s Executive Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board of Managers. He became Chief Investment Officer in 2019 after serving as co-CIO and previously directed portfolio management.

Charmaine joined Acadian in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial accounting and reporting. She joined the Executive Committee in 2021. Prior to Acadian, she was controller and head of finance at Man Numeric and held senior accounting roles at Rostam Capital, Charles River Ventures, and Advent International.

Jim joined Acadian in 2017 as Chief Information Officer, aligning projects, people, and resources to achieve strategic goals. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer and joined the Executive Committee in 2021. Before Acadian, he was a managing director at State Street Global Advisors, overseeing risk applications development.
