Dave Wascha has nearly 30 years’ experience scaling startups and high-growth companies. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Zoopla and Moo, he led cross-functional teams in product innovation, customer-centric growth and organisational scaling.

Janie advises founders, C-level and functional leaders on people strategy, organisational design, leadership, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention. She has over 25 years’ experience and helped scale Google’s team from 200 to 1,000 people.

Julian advises founders and leaders on go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, territory planning, sales team formation and pricing. He began as an engineer and has held roles in product, sales and leadership, with international and board-level advisory experience.

Kibriya joined AlbionVC in 2022 with a broad interest in B2B software and deeptech opportunities. A former consultant, he brought corporate strategy experience to his investor role and helped lead commercial growth strategy at Funding Circle.
