Superpanel raises $5.3 million in seed funding to automate legal intake for plaintiff law firms. Its platform engages clients by phone, text, email, and forums, collects their stories and documents, sorts cases by type and jurisdiction, and escalates ambiguous situations to a human. Outlander VC and Field Ventures co-lead the round, which will fund hiring and expanded capabilities.
Nectir raises $4 million in seed funding, bringing its total raised to $6.3 million. Its platform lets teachers build AI assistants trained on course materials, with controls over the information they use and how they respond; the company says it serves more than 80,000 students at over 100 schools. Nectir plans to use the funding to develop features, including a tool that analyzes student conversations and suggests areas for improvement and potential career paths, and to expand its team.
