I partnered with the Century Park team in early 2021 with the purpose of finding a strong performance coatings platform to acquire and build. NCP is a robust competitor in the military and industrial performance coatings markets with a unique, technology-driven product portfolio and long-standing customer base spanning multiple decades in some cases.

We are excited about healthy, profitable, middle market companies with revenues of $20-$100 million for our initial platform investments. We are attracted to companies that are owned by the people that operate them, and do not typically transact with other professional investor groups. Century Park Capital Partners recapitalized Covercraft Industries, Inc., a custom automotive accessory manufacturer based in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

Century Park Capital Partners acquired Mikawaya.

Century Park Capital Partners’ portfolio company ICM Products, Inc. acquired Amber Chemical Company Ltd., a global provider of high-performance silicone solutions.

Adam has been with Century Park Capital Partners since 2014. He assists with the due diligence and execution of recapitalizations and buyout transactions. He also monitors the performance of portfolio companies. Adam currently sits on the board of CJ Pony Parts and Total Access Elevator.

Chip co-founded Century Park Capital Partners in 1999 and oversees leveraged recapitalizations and buyouts as an Investment Committee member. He sits on the Board of Dominion Care.

Guy joined Century Park Capital Partners in 2005 and manages recapitalizations, buyouts, and portfolio investments. He serves on the boards of Green Summit Landscape Group, Dominion Care, CJ Pony Parts, and Total Access Elevator.

Marty co-founded Century Park Capital Partners in 1999 and leads leveraged recapitalizations and buyouts as an Investment Committee member. He serves on the boards of Nova Advisory and NCP Coatings, Inc.
