Mr. Prestandrea joined Element Capital in 2012 as Head of Business Development. He was promoted to Principal in 2015 and to Chief Operating Officer in 2016. His primary responsibilities include oversight of the business operations and development of the firm.
Mr. Stipanov joined Element Capital in 2009 as a product specialist for global macro rates strategies, later advancing to roles including Head of Risk Management, Principal, and Deputy Chief Investment Officer in 2024.
Jeffrey Talpins serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Founder of Element Capital, overseeing its strategic direction and major investment decisions. Under his leadership, Element’s assets under management grew from $250 million to a peak of $18 billion in 2019.
