Granola raises a $20 million Series A led by Spark Capital, with participation from Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, Lightspeed, Betaworks, Firstminute Capital, and others. Its AI notepad combines meeting transcripts with users’ own notes, and since launching in May, the company says its user base has grown fivefold to about 5,000 weekly users. Granola plans to build team and enterprise features, expand its engineering team, and develop a mobile app.

London-based RightHub raises $15 million in a seed round led by Firstminute Capital and Anker Capital. Founded in 2021, the company offers an all-in-one platform for intellectual property workflows, including patent and trademark searches, filings, renewals, monitoring, and collaboration with law firms and IP offices. Its clients include GSK, Pinsent Mason, and Tobii, and its database of published patents is updated weekly.
