Kate Capital hired Brian Fehrenbach in August 2025. He previously managed trading and investment portfolios at Dynamic Asset Management and UBS Asset Management, where he served as US Co-Head of Multisector Fixed Income.
Cansu Aydede joined Kate Capital from Formsort, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Cansu has nine years of experience at Bridgewater Associates, leading investment teams and researching currencies, rates and credit. She earned a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
Ignacio de Ramón Jacob-Ernst joined Kate in February 2025 as a Senior Research Associate. Before this, he worked at Bridgewater Associates, Kairos Capital Advisors, and CDPQ, and began his career at BCG in Spain.
