Helsinki-based neocloud Verda raises $189 million in Series B funding led by Emergence Capital to expand its AI cloud infrastructure. The round includes MUFG Innovation Partners, Supermicro and other investors, bringing Verda’s total equity and debt raised to more than $450 million. The company plans to operate over 250 megawatts in 2027 and serves AI workloads in more than 50 countries, including for Aleph Alpha, Magnific and Epsilon Health.
Ever raises a $31 million Series A led by Eclipse to scale its all-EV marketplace. Ibex Investors, Lifeline Ventures, and JIMCO also invest in the startup, which combines an online marketplace with physical locations. Its AI-powered operating system manages workflows across vehicle transactions, including buyer and seller information, appraisals, pricing, titling, and inventory.
