At Inn Co., Ltd. will open a new-concept hotel, “A Hotel Made by Everyone” (working title), in Takayama, Gifu Prefecture, in spring 2023.

At Inn Co., Ltd. operates monthly apartments and accommodation businesses, mainly in the Tokai and Tokyo metropolitan areas. It was featured in the National Rental Housing Newspaper’s “Corporate Research” section on May 16, 2022.

Minerva Saiken Kaishu Co., Ltd. (Minerva Servicer) relocated its headquarters to Nagoya on June 1, 2022, in preparation for expanding its business. It also opened a new Tokyo Office as its Tokyo base.

In addition to its existing lodging management and share house operations, Mirai-v Co., Ltd. has launched a relocation service for foreign nationals relocating to Japan from overseas for work.
