Oxy Capital takes minority and majority stakes in healthy Southern European SMEs, focusing on Portugal, and finances them through equity raises and mezzanine debt. Its private equity platform is investing its third fund after exits from Palbit, Saphety, Lingote and Fitness Hut.
Beyond buyouts, the firm runs restructuring vehicles such as Fundo de Reestruturação Empresarial and Fundo Revitalizar Centro, funds that finance R&D at Portuguese companies, and a special-situations fund for deals outside its other mandates. It also manages liquid public-markets funds, including a PPR retirement-savings fund.
