Coleman is RMWC's founder, CEO and co-owner, managing strategies primarily in private credit markets. His experience includes Bain Capital, Bain & Company, CEO roles at global companies, and several economic and market cycles.
Curt Riggs is RMWC's Head of Investments and leads the investment team in underwriting new opportunities and managing existing investments. He has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, virtually all developed under Steven Fischler's mentorship, and joined RMWC in 2020.
Jonathan joined RMWC in 2023 as chief financial officer after serving as senior vice president at Brookfield Asset Management, where he managed alternative real estate assets and directed decisions for assets in a portfolio company acquired from Lehman Brothers.
RMWC provides mortgages, mezzanine, and preferred equity capital to experienced commercial real estate owners and developers to meet their capital needs.
