Brighton, CO, April 10, 2025 – The Milestone Group (“Milestone”) announces the acquisition of Solaire Apartments, a 252-unit, market-rate community in the Denver suburb of Brighton, Colorado. The purchase price was not disclosed.

An affiliate of The Milestone Group acquired Club at Millenia, a 560-unit apartment community in Orlando, Florida, through Fund V, which recently closed with $750 million in capital commitments.

Dallas — An affiliate of The Milestone Group (“Milestone”) acquired Emerald Palms Apartments, a 505-unit apartment community located in the growing Kendall submarket of Miami, through a recapitalization of the controlling equity interest in the property.

The Milestone Group acquired Tempe Vista Apartments, an 186-unit garden-style community in Tempe, Arizona, marking the 11th acquisition for Fund V, a $750 million fund targeting $2 billion in U.S. multifamily properties.
